#DCTV DC’s Legends of Tomorrow S02E11: Turncoat Recap (Spoilers!)

Legends of Tomorrow is back!

But before I proceed, I want to warn you that this will contain spoilers from this week’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

With that said, let us start.

The Villain!

This week’s villain is Rip Hunter! Yup, you read that right, it is Rip Hunter. Apparently, the Legion of Doom, most especially Eobard Thawne, did a great job in bringing back his memory and erasing some of his memories. In this episode, we see Rip’s evil side which is a good twist in the series.

The Story! (So Far)

The Legends are in a lot for danger this week. The time aberration is that the British are winning in the American War using future weapons. The Legends head to 1776 New Jersey to save Gen. Washington but along the way, things go haywire. Rip used an EMP which in turn shuts down everything that is operated by electricity and that includes the ATOM suit, the Waverider and even Jax and Prof. Stein’s powers. To makes matters worse, Rip shot Sara and takes Mick and George Washington as the British’s prisoners.

Now, it is up to Jax to defend the Waverider while Nate and Amaya are tracking down the whereabouts of Mick and Washington. Then, Rip infiltrated the Waverider to get the piece of the Spear of Destiny. Rip eventually killed Sara and took off with the piece of Spear of Destiny in possession. But Sara was saved, thanks to Ray Palmer who turned on the Waverider, by Gideon. In the end the Legends still saved history even though losing the Spear of Destiny to the Legion of Doom.

What to Look Forward to?

So the Legends will return on February 21, bummer! It is a long way! But the teaser provided us some footage on the next episode. The Legends and the Legion are travelling to the medieval age. That means we will see knights, swords and some medieval age war. The best part is they are in Camelot, the home of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table.  I hope that we get to see Jason Blood or better yet Etrigan the Demon.

That’s it for now. I hope you guys like the recap and make sure to check out my other posts here in my blog.
